Termination of TEM-Q Services

With the country's reopening on November 1, 2021, and the removal of the certificate requirement, we regret to inform you that our TEM-Q team will cease operations on January 1, 2022, for travelers coming to Thailand. We'd like to thank everyone who has contacted our TEMQ team in the past few years, and we hope you've had a great experience with the services provided by the TEM-Q team. In addition, we want to assure you that we will improve our EPA and EPL services. As is customary, all teams are eager to assist you.

Our Member Contact Center is pleased to provide any information you may need for members planning to enter Thailand under the Quarantine Exemption Scheme, Sandbox Scheme, or Alternative Quarantine Scheme.
