Travel-related documentation is being thoroughly scrutinized during and after the COVID-19 Pandemic. In addition to your Thailand Elite Visa in your passport, the immigration officer will ask you to provide your Thailand Elite Membership card while entering or leaving Thailand to ensure the status of your membership. As a result, members must carry their membership card with them at all times to avoid unnecessary checking.
Thailand Elite Members who hold a Privilege Entry (PE) visa have been granted a 6-month membership extension as a compensation for COVID-19 must always carry a Membership Certification Letter that shows the new expiry date of your membership with you. You can save a digital copy of the Membership Certification letter to your phone or other digital device.
Please contact our Member Contact Center to obtain this document, as it will be an attachment necessary for contacting the Immigration Office.
