Family Membership FAQ
Can I add family members after my membership is approved?
Yes, family members can be added at any time during your membership. They will receive the same tier privileges and visa duration as the primary member.
Do children need their own visa?
Yes, all foreigners regardless of age need a valid Thai visa. Children will receive their own Privilege Entry Visa as part of the family membership.
What happens when a child turns 20?
When a child reaches 20, they can apply for their own individual membership at prevailing rates, or continue under the family membership until it expires.
Who is eligible as a family member?
Eligible family members include your spouse, parents, and children. Family membership is available on Platinum (10 years), Diamond (15 years), and Reserve (20 years) tiers. Bronze and Gold are individual memberships only.
How long does the family application take?
Each family member goes through the same immigration approval process (4-8 weeks). All family applications can be submitted together.
