Members who wish to have their Thailand Elite visa affixed at Chiang Mai Airport are requested to make a reservation at least 5 working days prior to their international flight's arrival time. Reservations can be made by contacting our dedicated Member Services team via email. When making a reservation, please provide a copy of your current passport and flight itinerary. It is important to note that upon arrival or departure from Thailand, members will be asked to present their membership card or membership-certified letter to the Immigration Officer as a verification of their membership status. We regret to inform you that the Elite Personal Assistance (EPA) service is currently unavailable at Chiang Mai International Airport. However, EPA service remains available at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok and Phuket International Airport.

In the event that visa affixation cannot be carried out upon your international arrival flight at the airport, Thailand Elite offers an alternative option. Members can proceed to the Immigration Bureau (Chaeng Wattana Immigration Office) in Bangkok for the visa affixation process. At the Chaeng Wattana Immigration Office, it is mandatory that visa affixation is assisted by an Elite Personal Liaison (EPL). Please note that walk-ins for visa affixation without an EPL officer are not permitted. To secure a reservation for visa affixation at the Immigration Bureau, kindly make a reservation through our Member Contact Center by contacting by email at least 5 working days in advance. Reservations are subject to availability and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Thailand Elite is delighted to announce the availability of visa affixation services for its esteemed members arriving at Chiang Mai International Airport from 1st July 2023 onwards.
