What is the Elite Visa?

The Elite Visa falls under the tourist visa category ("Privilege Entry Visa" or "PE") in Thailand. Designed for foreigners engaged in business, digital nomads, retirees, investors, and families looking to settle in Thailand, the Elite Visa allows a one-year stay in the country without the need for administrative procedures upon each entry.

The Elite Visa is a renewable multiple-entry visa for 5, 10, or 20 years with an extendable one-year stay for each entry. Visa holders can have uninterrupted stays in Thailand without the hassle of visa runs, visa conditions, paperwork, and dealings with immigration services for 5 to 20 years.

Becoming a Thailand Elite Member

Applicants can submit their applications from anywhere. Membership in Thailand Elite has no age restrictions, income requirements, or private medical insurance conditions. However, applicants must have and maintain the following qualifications:

• No visa validity period (overstay) has been exceeded in Thailand in the last 3 years.
• Authorized to stay in Thailand in accordance with immigration laws or any other relevant Thai laws.
• Hold a foreign passport from an accepted country (citizen of an eligible country, non-sanctioned country*).
• Not declared bankrupt.
• Not declared mentally alienated, incompetent, or quasi-incompetent.
• Not convicted by a judgment of imprisonment in any country (except for negligence-related offenses).
• Not having a history record of Volunteer Visa. Application with history of ED Visa may provide more documents related to their schools and studies.

The Thailand Elite membership process is simple and secure, requiring minimal documents: passport copy, membership form, and passport photo. The entire process can be completed through the online application portal or via email. Once approved, an approval letter and a guide on how to pay the Thailand Elite Visa membership package will be sent. Once the Thailand Privilege Card receives the full payment, they issue an Elite member number, indicating the applicant's visa is ready to be stamped.

Where Will I Receive My Visa?

Your Thailand Elite Visa will be stamped in your passport (a minimum of 3 pages required) at:

• Airports (Bangkok Suvarnabhumi or Phuket International Airport) upon arrival of the international flight.
• Immigration at Bangkok Chaeng Wattana.
• Royal Thai Consulate in your country of residence.
